We have developed our own consulting model, the AVdrive Filter ModelTM , to create systems of high value for organizations in a condensed time period. System analysis and design is at the heart of our Venture Acceleration services. The Filter ModelTM facilitates a step by step understanding of how to create value as a customer profile is moved through proposed components of a system.Methodology:- Knowledge Transfer – Materials such as formal business plans and marketing documents are provided to the consulting team for study. We also conduct Q&A sessions with your key personnel to discern business objectives, organizational values and goals.
- Profile Development – We develop an understanding of the all the stakeholders through qualitative interviews conducted by our team. We then create a Psychographic Profile of the top customers for use in the Filter ModelTM workshop sessions. AVdrive’s primary focus at this step is to discern compelling needs and fears in relationship to system function and organizational goals.
- Development of a Functions List – We then compile a list of possible system components to examine via Filter ModelTM , for example an e-mail or SMS invitation, functions in a shopping cart, or a Facebook widget.
- Filter ModelTM Workshop Sessions – are best with the participation of a cross disciplinary teams composed of client and AVdrve team members. One on one sessions with key people be valuable also. The psychographic profiles are moved through the consumption cycle. The team member brainstorming ideas, share their experience, specify features for each step. This process yields specific opportunities, secondary objectives, feature and constraints. A sequence of components results in end-values of attention, information, and dollars. These sessions often produce detailed and concurrent deliverables in the areas of branding, marketing, metrics, as well as information design, interface specifications, and database schema
